For the 50th edition, MPI pays tribute to queen makers and spectacles how they put their hearts and souls into molding these queens. Mutya queen also get real on social media as they dared to bare their authenthic beauty that's beyond skin deep. A series of videos featured an ordinary beauty queen dreamer and magnified what lies beneath the glitz and glamour. these enthusiastic hopefuls get real as they share the struggles and victories to be a queen.

The grand coronation will be on September 16, at the Mall of Asia Arena. The show will start at 7 in the evening with a delayed same day telecast on "Sunday's Best" (ABS-CBN). According to MPI President Hemilyn Escudero-Tamayo, there will be four major titles at stake for its golden edition. Crown bearers of these major titles will be sent in the international beauty battle royal.
